Synopsis:
Hidden revolves around three boys who are attending a conservation group in their local woods for their DofE awards. However, events take an unexpected twist when they find nobody around apart from one lone axe wielding figure who then hunts them down one by one.
Hidden is an attempt to combine the horror and psychological thriller genres with the visual elements and colouring schemes found in war films such as Tom Hanks, Band of Brothers ( 2001) and Steven Spielbergsʼ Saving Private Ryan (1998). These films both make great use of a dull, depressing atmosphere but also include fast paced and intense action scenes to create a sense of fear and anxiety.
I took the role of director during the production.

Target Audience:
This production is primarily aimed at an age range of 12 upwards due to its genre of mystery, thriller and drama and also its content, which might be considered unsuitable for those younger than 12 as it contains references of violence and is creepy. The film would appeal to both genders equally, as it has no content that appeals to any specific gender.
