Contingency:
If we're unable to film in this location we do have other alternative options in terms of where we can shoot. The forest covers a large area and for the most part looks very similar, it may turn out that we have to change the location in the forest however this is achievable as I have good knowledge of the area. If the weather changes from day to day then we will do our best to shoot the shots so that the audience does not notice a change however if this is not possible we will have to check the weather forecast to ensure that there is no risk of rain and then reschedule for that time, as this can effect lighting and continuity.
The main threat to our production is actors not arriving. On the first day of shooting this would not be an issue as other actors could be sourced from the school, however if shots had already been taken then we would have no other choice than to reschedule as nearly all of our shots have every single actor in.
If our equipment is damaged or does not work then we will be a maximum of 15 minutes walking distance from the school where we can gather working equipment.
